I started a thread a couple of hours ago asking for removing the requirements to do Silvarra's quest (you have to be Master Medic to run the quest). Suddenly, the thread has dissapeared.

What's wrong?. Are petitions forbidden or am I smelling some kind of unexplained censure in the forums?

1) Petitions are allowed but the devs have stated they will not read them. Petitions do no good.

2) Threads get deleted for breaking fourm rules. You may not have broken a rule, but it only takes one reply, if nasty enough, to get a thread deleted.

3) This thread will be deleted soon. GarVa has posted many times, that if your thread is deleted, DO NOT POST a thread asking why, PM her to find out why.

Was your petition in this forum? Thats probably why it got deleted. This forum has, over time, turned into a general post forum instead of being purely game guides like it was intended to be. The forum moderators are now going through and cleaning it up so just guide/advice is posted here.

If you have a petition or proposal, it would be better placed in the core systems forum(if it is a general game related petition) or in a profession specific forum.

Perhaps this was the wrong forum but it should be more politely moving the thread instead of "shooting first, asking later".
