Heh, for some reason that brought an image of the schoolbus driver from the Simpsons to mind.

1. Always be curteous.
2. Respond in timely fashion.
3. The most important thing...your answer should actually be about what the person was talking about, which this person obviously forgot.
Oy...then we should be accepting what these guys say is legal/illegal in terms of weapons, bugs, etc etc?

What are the symptoms of the garagenot working?
If it's just "I click on repair but nothing happens." then there's a workaround. Your shuttle is sitting on or near a server boundary.
You have to /wave at the little "building terminal" attached to the garage, or do any other directed emote that requires the server to check your current position. When that's done, wait a second or two, and try to repair again. It should work the second time.

Seeing as I'm in charge of a city that's been plagued by this problem for almost a year now, I have some experience on the matter.
The CSR's response was both relevant and accurate. The reason he likely stated "shuttle" instead of "garage" is because they're both linked to the same problem, server boundries. His answer would be the same for either one, so don't think he didn't read what your problem was.
The solution suggest above has been tried a few times with garages and has worked. I haven't tested it personally with shuttles, but it might work as well.
Good luck, and in the future keep an open mind about how dilligent CSR's are. There are some experienced and helpful ones out there.

You guys should cut the CSR's some slack, it was a slip of the tongue so to speak, it can't be an easy job catering for 6 year olds all the time.

Na... All the six year olds are playing WOW
Actually I don't know that for real but I do know a lot of fourth, fifth and sixth grade kids play Wow.
I'm a School busdriver Instructor who also does standby driving and all I hear about fromthe grade school kids is Wow this and Wow that.
Sometimes I'll mention I play SWG and mostly I get a lot of blank looks.

LOL... Either they really never heard of it or can't imagine an adult playing a online game.

Lol! The CSR's should realize that their job is to help people and actually read their problems, not push buttons that are binded to certain e-mails...
"Beverly must have pushed the 'A' bind instead of the 'Z' bind,"

Wake up!
Why do you think they waited until after JTLS for CU ?
They were busy programming the CSR e-mail and ingame bot's, the actuall CSR's were made redundant months ago !
