Quest Giver: Captain Sarguillos
Task: For this quest you are asked to raid an enemy base and capture its commander. The base is defended by a strong shield, turrets, and a horde of enemy sith. In order to enter the base you must disable its shields. To do this you must go to the base and gank NPC's outside of it in order to obtain frequency codes for the bases shields. There are actually a number of bases and codes and you will have to find the right codes for the right base. The Captain will give you a remote device to turn off the shields when you hand him a frequency code. You can also locate waypoint datapads that will give you waypoints to the differen bases (again you must give these to the captain). After opening the shields you will need to kill 5 enemies in order to have the enemy commander spawn. You must then break your way into the base and "capture" the commander (he has a "capture" radial option). He will then follow you and you can take him back to Aurilia. It is not recommend that you leave him behind as this can cause a mission failure. The commander offers you the opportunity to do this as a partnership with one player lowering the shields and the other capturing the commander. If you do this you will get a bonus reward item. Yeah if you didn't finish your phase 2 quest, you can't work on it again until the next phase 2 comes around. 9 weeks?

It's not bugged. The same thing happened on TC when everything was working, they just have an unreal respawn rate like the DWB. Luckily when I finished it on TC they hadn't increased the difficulty of the Sith yet.

The quest isnt bugged and the extra reward is a crystal that enhances your mid by 900, lasts 1 hour 30 minutes, and has a reuse time of 4 days (pretty rediculous).You will only get the extra reward if you have at least 1 other person with you.The sith do spawn pretty fast and spawn in groups of about 10-15 per group. They have 75% or more resists to all except lightsaber and 65% to heat and have around 50k HAM each.
you dont need a big group to do this if you do it stategically (i did it with 3 people including myself), just pull about 1 or 2 sith at a time which isnt too hard. They will head towards the front gate of the base when they spawn and mass there then despawn after a little while and more will respawn and head to the gate in about 30 seconds (just estimating). So when they spawn there will most likely be some straglers or some that get distracted before they head to the gate in which you can pull a few from there. A master swordsman can solo about 1 or 2 so if youhave about 1 or 2 people with you you could probably pull more if you want.
After you kill 5 of them the sith will still be spawning... so if you want to get inside to capture the sith commander you have to go through 2 turrets and a gate (the turrets werent there anymore for some reason when i kill my 5 sith), the gate you will have to attack to destroy so if sith spawn and start heading to it before your done you can back away and keep out of agro range until they despawn again then finish of the gate then when the gate is gone there might be some turrets inside but they were gone by that time for me to not sure why. so when your inside you should be safe from any agro and you will have to kill another gate and past that is a tent with the commander inside. you should get and option to "capture" him, once you or your friend has you should wait until the sith despawn again then run out and head to the village. I walked to the village because i heard that you will fail the mission if he isnt with you when you get there, and if you or your friend die or who ever is escorting the commander you can recapture him.
The waypoints on the second post all seemed to be mis named named when i checked them, a few were repeats, and one didnt even have a base at it. it might be different on every server it might not but im on tempest server and these are the waypoints that i have, its not all of them but these should be the real ones...

Oh and im not really sure on this but i think if you do have a large group with you or anything more than 2 people in the group only 2 of the people will get the mission complete and crystal.
