I've recently written up an all-encompassing Bade guide[see sig], but as for getting an Accolade badge? Just... attend live events, and hope you run into plenty of CSRs with time on their hands...

I got an accolade badge for going to a very large battle on Gorath. It says "has been recognized as an exceptional soldier in the war."

I got 2 for going to a battle, the brave soldier and interesting personage which I think is the memorable personality.

I got the 'brave soldier in the war' when I went to Dant Imp Outpost for some PvP and ended up in a live event where Rebel NPC commandoswere assaulting the outpost, I got the badge for assisting them.
