This is a guide to me and srtisans but what sort of resource quality should i look to when crafting my AV-21, must have perfection on it

From memory the quality required is UT and only UT so get the highest UT stuff you can

no, its
Shock Resistance: 100%
- learn the schematic
- consume bespin port and pyollian cake (grants assembly and experimentation boni)
- if you have: use clothes with skillenhancements in it (artisan assembly & artisan experimentation)
- use a good wd&g crafting tool and station (best case: in a playercity, specialized as research center)
thats all you can do for a 100% crafting success on your AV-21 as a player - rest is luck!

Well I did say "from memory"
One otehr thing to do before crafting it - get an inspire buff, 10% to crafting successes.

It is impossible to get 100%.. However you can get 99.57777777777777777777777777777777777777777% I think. Not 100% sure on that, but 99% definatly

*buzzer* Wrong. If you can find Non Ferrous with 1000sr, and Ferrous with 1000sr then it is possible.

*buzzer* Wrong. There was one day that you could go to 100%, that's where all the 100% repair tools come from. 99% is the best you can do unless they changed it again with CU, but I haven't been able to get higher than 99% since then.

meaning was:
if youcraft it the way i wrote, you've done all what you can doto influence the final result, NOT that you'll get100% on final experimentation!
@FlynGraves: very good input! i've forgot that.. get an inspire buff, too!
