I still only barely sense the force, am I bugged? Will this be fixed?

You are probably mistaken as to the badges you need to get the visit from the old man. List what badges you have and maybe someone can help you further.

Nope, Have all the jedi pois, have the difficult locs, regular locs, and the 5 content badges you need. I think what has happened is I did most of these badges and POIs, before this publish. This happened to me before when I completed jabbas themepark and didnt get the badge until later on.

I is not to do with completing them prior to pub 10. I collected 78 badges prior to pub 10 and was glowy from the moment it went live. I now have access to the village and have unlock my first FS skill.

I know this is a rediculus question, but you also have a mastered profession right, you didn't list it so I had to ask even tho I'm pretty sure you have that too.
Anyway, stranger things have happened, it's possible you got bugged somehow. I'd try getting a few extra badges for "buffer", another difficult location or something, what content badges do you have, maybe you could do another one just to see what happens.

You have five CONTENT BADGES, correct? It doesn't matter if you did the theme parks... you have to have the content badges to show for it. It sounds to me like you may have done some of the theme parks before they implemented the badge system (that is, the badge system of a few publishes ago where they started rewarding badges for POI's, professions, parks, etc..), and if that's the case you need to repeat the theme park (you can find an NPC to reset your quests near by).
I don't know if this is the case for you, but there you go.

They fixed that actually. If you did the theme parks you got the badges. You need to have (this is what I did) Rebel/Imp, Nym, Jabba, 2 warren badges. plus the rest. That will make you glowy. I have a friend who did the rebel badge and the imp badge (traitor! lol) and didn't have to do Nym so...

Nyms Thempark (Lok)
Jabba's Theme Park
BOTH repeat BOTH warren badges.
Plus the 3 jedi POIs and 2 difficult POIs...or whatever that was...I had every poi in the game I think so i didn't pay much attention to that part lol and at least one mastered profession.
