Thread: HAVING A PROBLEM WITH VETERAN AWARDS??

When I first logged on a week ago or whatever after the most recent publish I was presented with choices of rewards. Having done no research on what was the best item to choose etc I was scared I was going to make a bad choice and chose to have it remind me in a week. Well, now a week has passed and I really want to claim these awards but they haven't popped back up yet? I tried the command /claimVeteranAward countless times and nothing happens? Does anyone know what I can do to have the choice boxes re-pop? I'm getting scared it won't ever appear again and I won't get the anti decay kit- 30k resources etc.
Can anyone help with this? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I choosed 'remind me in a week' on saturday after the publish too and it re-popped this friday.
The 'claimVeteranReward' is only for the JTL reward. To check how many days you have registered
you can type 'getVeteranRewardTime'. If it shows at least 90 days (3 month reward) the box should
re-pop for you. If it don't the best thing you can do is to open a CSR ticket.
To open a ticket you have to press CTRL + H, then hit customer service and enter 'veteran reward' in the search box.
If you don't get any answer from the results listed, you can open a ticket on the bottom of that page.
CSR would usually contact you within the next hour, depending on how many tickets currently open.
