There's a quest that results in a cybernetic arm that starts in the Bestine cantina. Look for a rodian with a cybernetic arm and legs.

do you guys know where to get cybernetic legs, though?

Also, it'd be nice if someone could come up with a guide to what kinds of cybernetic parts there were and what stats they had.

Been looking for more of these myself, i know you can get a cybernetic arm by killing N-K Necrosis at the end of the Myyydril cavern, as well as the grievous starfighter deed and the Banes Heart colour crystal, but other than that im clueless.

Dead forest in the northwest corner.

what level would you reccomend someone being at before they do that?

Well the cave is full of level 75+ stuff, so you are looking pretty high. A jedi with force cloak can solo the place though. (thats how i did it.)
