After I get the dc15 weapon, talk to the claw, search deeja peak for Dirge, I can't find him. Been back and forth dozens of times, nothing. Anyone know what I'm doign wrong?

Go to the basement of the medium house that is directly at the end of the bridge to the shuttle. Use the box that is there. Be ready for the fight when you do.
