Does anyone know what weapon hinderance does? Or how to change movement speed?

what's it do? it slows you down
how do you change movement speed? unequip your weapon and/or burst run

I'm sorry.. must be an idiot...is this something everyone has to put up with? If I'm a carb, and holding a carb, I get the penalty?

yeah makes no sense,even mastering doesn't get rid of the hindrance. Maybe it lessens the hindrance though?
