krayt dragon s aint that hard full stop thats why u just gota know what your doin..... and template do help many temps can do it but the simpliest one really is

a melee prof + med

tka or swordsman execel at this sorta thing i would say med skill isnt a must but is very useful if u hvae the points to spare its a very good spend of skill points

then all u need is a buff brandy and canape comes in helpful... kd food is very handy

then basically always keep the creature intimidated and focus on 1 ham bam bar and just spam ur highest hitting special........

nother good tip is to start on a weak krayt i.e a juvenile krayt and work your way up the krayt types instead of jumping straight in on a anchient krayt of sumthing.

it really doesnt hurt to bring a friend along a to speed things up a rifleman is a good friend to bring along especially if your r a swordsman.

Rifleman will kill it quicker than a Swordsman (due to the Heavy AP T21), don't need enhanced weapons - just a Damage Sliced T21 for the Canyons and a DXR-6 for the Juvie's.

Get the Best Kinetic Composite you can, minimum of 80% - I would advise only wearin the "cheater" suit (Helmet, Chestplate, Gloves and Boots) - for some reason I always seem to take more damage wearing a full suit.

Master Rifleman and some decent Medic skills something like 2-0-4-0 would be good, so you can use Stim Ds\E's.

Novice Brawler will make a big difference also... so you can keep it intimidated - and any extra melee defence you can pick up form Clothing, and Skill Boxes will help also.

Strafe Shot 2 will kill it quicker than Head Shot 3, I have timed it and its always quicker.

Master Swords will kill it easily as well, just not as quickly as a Rifleman.

Once I am on a Krayt I just hit my macro and then come back 10mins later.....

rifleman+tk+medic for solo.

get buffed (doc/mind), buy a bunch of pups, at least 80% kin armor,intimidate, strafe2 your heart out on the krayt.

Heal when needed (not too often).

If you have a commando friend, that's great too. Have him spam all his different fires.

In my opinion if you have a friend who can tank, commando is your best bet. Once ya get a nice tick going, it's over for the dragon hehe. I can take out ancients in under ten minutes with my flamer and all four DoTs.....throw in another commando and it takes 6 minutes lol.

rifleman is ok it can solo krayts as i have done it b4 when i was rifleman but melee is best really a because u need that melee toughness and not being kd/dizzy every few seconds isnt that helpful and healing is good but with out intimidation it can become harder, and strafe 2 is good but with the spawn increase the strafe shot will just attract more krayts to you and then instead of 1 krayt u mite haveto deal with 3.... yes the post above did sound bettre with rifleman anda melee prof to back it upall depends.

swordsman can solo but what i personally think it takes more effort with rifleman to succeed.
