Ok, about 2 months ago I got a Stat MIgration so as to even my stats out a little bit. Now, my Health, consitution, strength, Mind, adn the two under that are right in place. And so is my Action, but my Stamina and Quickness arn't and it's obvious. They're 5 and a most of the time. And I need them to be aorund 300 and 350 like they're supposed to be. MY guns have horrible action cocts and I need them to heal faster.

This a glitch or what? Also, No, I dont have wounds. I've checked many times. But I have encumrence what ever that is. But it's also on my mind and action and it's a positive 450. So, giltch, bug, what?

Encumberance is a reduction to your secondary stats (strength, constitution, quickness, stamina, focus, willpower) from armor. If you take all your armor off, you should see an increase to all your secondary stats. The details of each armor piece will show an encumberance value for Health, Action, and Mind. This is actually the reduction that gets applied to the related secondary stats for those, the pools themselves are not affected by armor.

You've got a couple of options. First, you can migrate your stats again, reducing the others to increase your quickness/stamina. Second, you can try to get lower-encumberance armor (boots, pants, and gloves have the highest action encumberance). This can either be by having an armorsmith focus on encumberance reduction, or get your armor sliced by a smuggler and hope for an encumberance slice. Slices are random in type (can either raise resistence or reduce encumberance) and size (generally 10-35% change). Finally, you can use buffs as an equalizer for your stats. Doc buffs would definitely beef those up (most docs buff in the +2500-3000range), and there are foods, drinks, and spices that give action buffs in various sizes, durations and filling.
