Someone on my server posted that they had this problem and solved it by putting the disk in a backpack. They then gota mission complete message and could read the disk. Hope that helps.

Thanks, I also logged out and then back in, The Outlaws respawned and I was able to read the second disk.

what do i have to do to get that disk. waited for the spawn almost 1h ... and nothing.

If nothing appears at your spawn, shuttle to a different location and the waypoint should update. That fixes it 90% of the time.

Hopefully a hotfix will pop up soon that just auto-moves the spawn if it doesn't place or is in a player city/under a house.

That or plain logging seems to help.
