Where do you loot sith and normal holocrons from?

I get them off of Stranded Rebel scouts. I also looted a couple off of Rebel Surface marshalls. If you are Reb then I would try darktroopers and a few others that I am not too sure about.

yep darktroopers are the way to go. I loot one from about every 1k faction I grind
