Thought i read somewhere that SEA's are going to be affected by the CURB....am unable to find the post again, but was wondering if any else had read anything similar?

Whats the rumor say ? Im in the process of investing millions in SEA tape formy eventual Jedi. I'd hate to think those +8 melee defense tapes and such would suddenly be worthless from some nerf.
