Missions in Corellia, I think there's even a POI. You can also kill Valarians on Tatooine.

You will find Borvo the hutt in the Moenia Cantina in a back room.
He won't talk to you until you do the missions for his guards and bring something of his back from corellia.

where would i find alot of borvos clans men so i can kill them to get jabba faction points???

Outside of Moenia is the best place to hunt for Borvo goons.

your better off taking some easy valarian missions on tatooine to build positive jabba faction, they are easier to get than looking for borvo npcs.
i had to do this last year with the dead eye quests.
