I remember reading that this guy was buggy or hard to find...any advice?

He's supposed to be on the canopy level of the rryatt trail on the right hand path just before the rodians...buggered if I can find him though.

He will not respawn till he is killed. He can sometimes fall down the path. The trick is to find a way to fall down as well. You'll then be able to find and kill him.


Another way is to wait for a server reset and log right in.
