I just logged onto my RL brothers account.. he hasn't been active for many month. though he's been paying the whole time since last year.. What i wonder is why he hasn't got the one-year aniv painting? It feels like i've heard some command to recieve it.. can someone please verify this information?

It has been active for the whole time since sometime last year.. but he hasn't played for a few month.. but still been paying! Then he should have it.. so once again I heard something about a command to retrieve it

I'm sure I saw a command a couple of weeks ago when I typed //, was something like /claimVeteranReward. Try that, if not type // for a list of commands, there was one in there, tho I'm not sure if I remember it correctly.
