I believe guild leadership will update once per week, just as city status updates once per week. So if 16/22 guildies have set alligance you just need to wait for it to update.

Adam is correct. It takes a week for the change to go into effect

Ahh, okay...and there is no way for the guild leader to instantly change leadership to someone else?

It can take alot longer then that, I would check this board.

At one time it was bugged, and still would not transfer leadership after the week was over.

How can a guild leader change leadership? He tried "Setting Allegiance" but that did not work. Also, I have 16/22 guildies that have set their allegiance to me...but leadership has not changed. How can we/he change it?
