Yes, it really does look sort of like a kilt. The long sleeved shirt in white or off white is as close to the old style lace up sort of shirt I have seem most scottsman wear at faire, though I think the leather trim shirt is sort of cool with it too and looks vaguely scottish. Add some paneled boots, or perhaps even sturdy bootsin the appropriate colors, and thats probably about as close as you're going to get to scotland in swg

Surprisingly, Scottish people wear the same clothes as everyone else!

Oh and Scotch is a drink btw, I'm not scottish or anything but I made the mistake of calling my tartan friend scotch, he wasn't impressed lol.

Only thing that should be called Scotsh are the eggs...
What you think of as Scotch is Whisky (no 'e')

And, what many people think of as whiskey is actually bourbon... drinks are fun!

and no, we're not impressed by being called 'Scotch'.

I don't think I've seen anything in game that can come close to appearing like a kilt, though - especially since you can't get a sporran in front.
The shirt someone mentioned is called a ghillie shirt (with the lace up chest/collar)
