Sorry if the noobness offends you, but how do you do it?
Like say i was person A on bloodfin and person B was on Bria, how would i do it?

You can't. The cross server trade requests you see are for like item on server A for like item on server B. If I have an item on Tarq that I want to have on Shadowfire, I simply find someone with the opposite problem. This was used quite extensivley after the great holo x-mas gift.
