Hello- I have been playing for 1.5 years. Everyone other than me seems to have special knowledge or some special "edge" in the game. No matter how hard I try I cannot match up to them. I look around me when people are in combat and there are so many players that seem "invincible". I watch how many times they get hit, and its hardly ever, which puzzles me. I look at guides, purchase armor, food, experimented with combos and such, got advice (which works great them but not me). It seems to me that you would have to do something against regulations to become like this. I have a highly defensive PVE profession template. Again, if someone has the exact same template, they exceed me by far somehow. What? This does not make sense. I have come to the conclusion that Doma Ipih is bugged and always has been. This is all I can think of. Or, others are doing something that they shouldn't to get how they are. I would appreciate any advice or information that can be given. I am not complaing, just stating some facts. I can provide more information on this if it would help.

Well what is your exact template, type of weapons used, and stats on your weapons and armor?

No but it is useless if you are going to use melee. Drop marksman and smuggler and use the points for fencer. If it were me I would drop all of the scout skills also.

I find the same on eclipise when I PVE and can kill then in a matter of seconds even 100k ham's but when I PvP a play with no buffs I lose bad when I PvP a play with buffs its the same just quicker!!!! No matter how had I try and how meany macros I find on the net and try and use I lways seem to lose at PvP badly and quickly. To make it even more anioying for me is that im a BH and want to hunt jedi even if its just the once to say that I did it and won but If I can't kill a normal play what the hell chance do I have against a jedi????????
My template is (after having a expert PvP'er log in and sort it lol)
Bounty Hunter 3344 (I know that to hunt jedi's you don't need this sort of tem with BH but I want to marster it first to get the badge then I'll drop a load of it so I need to know what to drop as well)
Marster Marksman (Can't drop needed for BH)
Marster Scout (Can't Drop Needed For BH)
Brawler 1xxx
Creature Handler xx12 (This I think needs droping)
I had the other player buy all new weapons and armor and any specials needed after all that I can last a little bit longer now but still not even close to killing them!!! The only reason I pissed off at this is I've been playing the game every night since day 1 and some newbie asked me to a dual and won in a matter of mins this really got to me cos im a veturan player and get wiped by a newbie?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Any advice and tips would be great.

It all depends on how you play your class (using intimidate and warcry), even the food you use and armor you wear. You need to find a 90 base 40% stun protection composite set, synthsteak, make sure you have cob running, and your good to go. Maybe even go up the pistoleer tree for ranged mitigation if you wanna fight against range without dieing and use pistoleers extra defensive states bonuses along with fencers. The ultimate tank...

You need to add more defenses to your template, surrender all scout but exploration. As with todays publish BH's are supposed to go 1 on 1 against jedi, i think you should pick a melee profession, like TK. Anyways, you'll do much better with getting any hybrid combat profession, that is adding defenses to your template.
Warcry and intimidiation are very usefull in PvP, as well as DOTs (if your target is not resistant against it). I always find novice medic or 1000 medic worth adding to my template, even for PvP ... but its useless for mind hitters. BH don't need 90% base armor with 40% stun .. cause jedi wielding lightsabers. As i heard imperial prototype PSG, can have up to 60% ls protection. Get one of those and apply an anti decay kit to it.

You don't need master scout for BH, just 4/0/0/0
Plus, pistoleer and TKA are a good combo, you have excellent protection against all states. Pick up a tree or two of fencer and you have an excellent template i think.
