Hmm, it always seems easy to run a guild... But its harder then you can imagen...

Hmm, lets see... The cost I don't know, as I don't play on your server...

A successful guild, would be an active guild. A guild that arrange events, quests, group missions or even just helping eachothers.

A successful guild are engage in the war. co-work with other guilds. Even a small guild can help a large one. "Team work" helps alot.

Location? Dosn't really matter I would say. As most guildmember usely never hangs around the guild hall. But could help on recruting if placed in a highly populated area. Atleast they will see you.

As for events, there is an huge option on what to do... Nightsisters Elder is a populary option. Get a team together based on what u need. Swordsman, doc, combat medic, some tanks ect ect. If guild dosn't have all the diffrent kind of "carecters" that is needed, get some help from another guild. Once again, co-work with others is very helpfull. As most player are not online at the same time, it can always be arrange with those who are...

Events could also be to help one of your crafters. Lets say a master doc needs some avian. Well, get together a team with scoutskils, and bang away. Gather as much as possible for your doc. Afterall, hes usely the one who provide you with a buff right?

As for recruting, just give it some time. As you keep doing your events, players will start to notice you. Like, hmm, those "guild name" are doing the corvette again. Wounder if I can join them. Seems like fun... or what ever... Some ppl are offering gifts, other an adventure, some friendship... What do you offer?
