Sorry if this is the wrong place but I need to get my head around this befor I can carry on testing the CU.

I am a marksman 0243, I have not got the system for wind up/cool downs at all sused out. Every time I think I have something comes up to show me I have not. I can see that as I use the specials the boxes fade and re-charge I was presuming thats the cool down. but I thought I would be able to use a move as soon as the icon filled but it wait untill all are full to fire again, so it seems to me I am waiting for the slowest move regardles as to what I use.

If any one can explane the system to me I would be most greatfull and might be able to start enjoying the changes.
