I am Targun Doomstalker on Gorath. Does anyone know what Planet/City has the highest payout and Faction Point value Imperial Missions? Thanks a lot for any help.

It doesnt really matter. I can goup with my At-St and the xp payouts are pretty much the same so its prolly capped. Some will say, go to the base on Rori (I forget the name). If you do the math, you pretty much get the same fxp/time if you do regular missions from a terminal.

You can get better cash from a city with an improved job market. Thing is most people dont do faction missions for the cash.

There are a few missions that are given out by Stormtroopers on Dant / Imperial Outpost that pay out some hugh faction. I don't remember the ST name/ number, but there is one that has u do 2 missions that pay out 1000 faction points as a combined reward

The only problem with doing missions from the Imp outpost on Dantooine is that you have to go through the odd combination of gates and walls to get in and out of the outpost. On a vehicle, you might crash.

But, you can usually find a group at the Mining Outpost, and then head to the Imperial Outpost to get higher payout missions.

I know I generally don't do the imperial missions for the credits, I can do much better solo missioning on D or D. I would like more challenge and better FP rewards for my time though. I think I did one of the Stormtroopers missions before. But honestly thank you to all who are giving ideas. I appreciate it. By the way, I was solo grouped and the faction missions are definately capped, they were exactly the same as when I approached the terminal alone. I do wonder if my doing faction missions will affect other members of my solo group, ie: Lose Rebel Points for a rebel who happens to be in the same group as me. Fortunately I will not waste my solo grouped time doing Faction missions that are the same exact level I can get alone. May the fjords be with you!
