I tried it on TC, and found it a bit confusing, and in the end It did not work at all...dont know what I was doing wrong.

What template were you trying to respec from?

I found it quite simple myself. You can trade novice skills for other novice skills and elite skills for other elite skills.

The way it was color-coded gave me pause to figure it out, but after a few minutes it was easy enough. Plus, if you mess it up the first time you get 9 more tries to get it right.

how does this work? I was wondering what i need to get for investigation IV in BH. I have CM skills 4/0/0/0 and was wondering if i could respec them into the BH Investigation branch. Can i do this? what would i need to do this?

any help would be awesome

Yes you can. You just surrender your CM skills and receive "Elite Points". You can then aquire any other elite skills to the value of what you have surrendered.

Hope that makes sense.

Its just plain wrong for someone to be able to get Investigation without having to grind it like the BH vets. The stupid devs keep doing crap that just annoy people.
