Can someone please help me??

Ive read to were people are downloading the patch nw, but when i try to bring up teh launchpad all mine does is scans the files and does "Play", mine doesnt downlaod the patch. I close out the launchpad 100 times and it does the same thing. So when i hit play i get to the character screen only to find noting. No character pic, no server name, no character name.....nothing, just a blank "grind" Have i been temporarly banned? or what?? how do i know if im banned?? or is that even the reason. someone please help me

Which server are you on, and has it already been converted? Are you selecting a character on the Launchpad, or leaving the dropdown at "no selection"? Are you running the Live launchpad or the Testcenter one? You should be able to check the properties of the shortcut to see if it's your main SWG directory orthe "SWG Test" one. IIRC, all the TC servers are gone except for "TestCenter" and TC-EP3 for RotW beta, so if you only had test characters on TC4 and/or TC5 those are gone.

Doing a "full scan" may get you over the download issue. I haven't experienced it personally, but I'm pretty sure bannings are communicated to you somehow, either through forum PM, email to your account address, or maybe an information window when you log into the game.
