...has defeated Akxva Min.
...has defeated an acklay.
...had defeated the gaping spider known as Kiin'Dray.

Anyone know the location and or difficulty for these?

Akxva Min - NS stronghold Dath (in the cave - only one spawn at reset) Cl81 mobs in the cave and she is 84ish
Kiln'Dray Emm forget which cabve this is, But a few people can do this easy. Yuu need to kill the queen spider then it spawns
