I have searched and searched for an explanition of how Combat Level progression works. I have found a lot of good guesses, but nothing official on this. I've had a few theories about it too, but just when I think I got it figured out I find out I haven't figured it out at all.

If I have missed a thread that tells all about Combat Level, please clue me in.

If not, will a Developer please explain Combat Level progression ( how do it work )?
