where the best place to get them after having a -400 to the faction

I wanted to get some imp faction points. Whats the best place to go and hunt down scum of the universe for it?

If your looking to buy faction, well I'd suggest your server's trade forums. Now if you looking for a place to hunt, whats in it for us?If wetell you then you won't buy faction from us.
