I BELEIVE that it was turned back on today. I THINK that you will get a cybernetic limb from at death from the wookiee planet.

I bumped into someone today with an arm, they said they'd got it after dying too many times in space. And from what I read you can get death ones (i.e. bad ones via dying) by dying uninsured on any high level planet. It DID say uninsured but I reckon uncloned on that planet would be more likely *shrug*
