Hey guys as I am driving around tatooine I keep seeing this guy pop up, his name is Sirad Far. The first time i noticed him i thought a random NPC, but after he kept poping up, i was like W T F Mate. Then I just saw him today, as I am driving all over Tat.

Who is this.
