Thread: How Do You Remove A Chat Tab?

Each time I delete a chat tab ie (BPC - BRIA Pilot Channel), and I come back into the game the following day, its STILL there?
I have removed myself from the chat room, removed the tab, but it keeps appearing.
This reminds me of when removing your profession title altogether would always return the last one you had before you exited. It wouldnt let you have nothing.
Any ideas on the chat tab removal thingy?

I'm curious to see how to fix that also. I haven't had the chat tab problem, but I have experienced the title change. Additionally, my stupid helper droid keeps reappearing after I delete it. I imagine all these problems are somehow related.

I had to pull it out which makes a new chat window then delete that chat tab. It does nto work 100% of the time. Sometimes it will return after you do some space missions then land on the ground.
The real easy way to do it is to delete your profile folder (or just rename it) in your swg game folder. Then just relog on. The game will recreate your profile. It will also recreate/ reset all your windows.
