Is there some new 60 minute thing I should know? Is this with all caves or just the warren?

If there is any sort of timer it definatly ISN'T 60 minutes. I was down in the warren for anentire set ofbuffs trying to solo it (I did, as not even master commando). I was not kicked from it after completing and had to walk out (the mobs at the entrance started to respawn I took so long trying to find my way). However I would believe that perhaps the warren would have some sort of timer or such since I have heard rumors that only one groups is allowed inside at once (I can't prove that however). But the way you think it might have been 60 minutes sounds odd.
The only "dungeon" that has a timer that I know of is the corellian corvette.

well....there is a timer on certain parts of the warren:
turret disabled. (no matter it is bugged anyways)
manual override on the reactor core.
opening of certain doors that require codes etc...
but as far as a timer to complete. no.
sometimes if you log out while in the warren and log back in later while you don't have "admission ticket" you will be kicked out. but i think that is a rarity....

Caymus is right, certain parts of warren are timed (like 10-15 minues) to stay unlocked so long. After that if your still in that area, bam, your back outside by the entrance. I completed the warren like 6-7 months ago, it happened to me. the last download you need is in one of these parts (you have to shutdownt the reactor to unlock the room).

/sigh... what people dont realize, is that that corpse in that cell has nothing useful on it, just the FOUO disktelling you who to take the evidence to, which anyone who has completed it already can tell you. People waste thier time on that disk.

What Ele's talking about is getting klicked from the warren WHILE waiting for disc to respawnon corpse in prison cell... happened to me.. was just waiting for item to show up and ... tada, outside after about waiting at corpse in cell for like 15 min.

I know that. I got my warren badges first day it was live way back in the day..... that dosen't anser that question.

I didnt like the warren. I came from playing first person shooters, like americas army and unreal tournament; and I dont enjoy exploration (wandering about getting bored and frustrated). I didnt see much action, only a group of 5 ST that I piked over. I read somewhere that this guy thought the warren was the best content in the game with a plot worth of the film but to me it the most lame mission I have done in the game. To top it all off I was awarded 500 imp point and now I am back to -4500 imp points ggr.
