I cannot over-emphasize the wrongness of the command even EXISTING. It serves NO purpose. Heres why: there are two types of duels. "Friendly" ones, where its agreed upon to have no DB, and ones where ur out to kill each other. Now, in the friendly duel, neither of you is going to kill the other, so there is no need for anyone to have the ability to /endduel, it will end when the other is incapped. In the duel where your really trying to kill somone, both parties agreed upon the DB term,/endduel only allows the loser to get out of the fight w/out having to die, even though those were the terms.
It is YOUR freaking deciscion to accept or decline a duel. THAT moment is when the choice is made, not at the end of the fight. The ability to get out of the fight at the end should be NERFED!

Yeah, and I suppose that because you pay $15 a month that you have the right for the devs to do everything that you want. Yeah, don't bother posting it there either.

Ok heres why that command is good and should stick:
I was kinda pissed at this rebel for tlaking **edit** and he was covert so i couldn't fihgt him so i told him to fight me. Of course the rebel refused and i said i won't heal if you don't use pets
So he accepts and sends in a pet that he hid from behind a building! I was like **edit** get him off me so that gay rebel is just laughing at me so i start to heal but he was a MTKA and had powerful pet. So as i sit there fighting him i realize i am gonna lose now so i /endduel and tell him he is a **edit** and won't fihgt me by the rules he agree to cause he is a p ussy.
(lucky me he put his pet up and fought me agian....and of course i whooped his ass)

But he was a CH? are you proud that you whooped his ass because you had your best abilities and he had only MTK? obviously you had healing capabilities and he spent his other skill points in creature handler, so its no suprise you won really.........
On Topic. The command is fine, they are the rules, if you dont like it, quit and give me your stuff.
