Can any of you please explaine something..

I was waiting at a shuttle, in a player city.. when all of a sudden I look up from my bowl of chicken pot pie (yum) and there is "The Old Man".. standing there looking at me, there was one other person around.. but he was looking at me...

So very excited I click on "The Old Man" and select converze.. it was up long enough for me to read "There is somethign I've been meaning to speak to you about" but right then.... in system chat.. it says.. "The old man rushes off in a hurry"

please, please, please, please, please. Tell me I didnt do something wrong...

But seriously, do a quick log or shuttle to another player city, and he will probably spawn again
