Thread: How come peeps that went glowy after Pub10 are already getting visits and the unlockers arent?

Patience, he will come, they said 1-3 days for the instant people, that include glowy from the start of pub 10 and the unlockers.

Because the people then went glowy after Pub10 are following the script so the programming gets them automatically. Holo-grinder unlocks are CSR force feeds so may take a few days because there are probably a lot of them.
Thats my understanding at least as well as what I have seen with people in my guild that have unlocked after Pub10 vs Hologrinders.

if you are an unlocker just go get POI, THeme Park, and Warren badges to become glowy.

I'm glowly and still waiting.. 
but I'm just going about my normal day, and hope to see the old fart soon.
