I have gone to the camp with the two scout troopers in the east and the camp at the SW with the trandoshans, and when i access the supplies, it doesn't do anything. Am I doing something wrong?

I figured it out, there was one item i wasnt accessing in the SW camp. It worked.

ur at the wrong camp. the camp you are looking for is on the east side of the dead forest roughly across from top sayormi camp. Theres two scout troopers in it.

You have to go to both camps and use every one of those supply items. They work for both Kinesworthy and Pers.
