I might be wrong but I got the Impression that publish 10 would bring Force skills to non-Jedi characters.... that is you would be the so called "force-sensitive" and didnt have to go to Jedi to use SOME of the lowestForce skills.

Will I have to be a Jedi (porfession) in order to use force ?

And if so the same old "proffesion grinding/silent holocrom"system is still in use ?
