Thread: Need help with billing problem

Sorry i really dont know where this goes, but i just got 5 emails saying my card is invalid...even though money is on it and still in date, i cant find the edit subscription button on the launchpad and i asked a csr they sent me to station.com and tried to login into my account there for billing...yet only shows history



where can i edit my card details??

The same thing happened to me today, 5 emails telling me my card was invalid.The emailsalso said I wouldn't be able to play untill I put in a new card, but I still can. Is this happening to anyone else?

its funny because ive got another account on the same card, they billed that two days ago without problems. Going to go in live chat with them when they open

Just select "My account" from the forum page, then select subscriptions. Choose SWG and the edit button appears down on the left hand side of the page.

On my account I found it under the register expansion button on the launcher.
