Ok, i went to the village last night to convert some XP and train in Melee speed(or accuracy I dont remember) and Noldan (or whatever his name is) said he couldnt train me. I have enough Force XP and i have combat prowess novice and the skill points to do it, but he wont train me. anyone else have this problem?

You haven't done the correct quest to open that tree in FS.

Ahh, I had this problem too last night... but I did do the quest... it just didn't show it in my quest log. I even got the reward for it.

I'm having the same problem, have the XP for novice and the 1st box, Paemos even says I can train them, but I can't no matter what I do.

Do you have the skill points free?

well actually i have done the mission. It was from phase 4. i got it done in two spawns. but anyway, it shows up in my crystal log thingy as being completed. the only thing i can figure out is i may have accidentally hit ranged instead of melee, but im pretty sure thats not the case.

something funny did happen though. when the village went back to phase 1 i got a message saying something like "you have failed to protect the village from the Sith attack" but i had already completed my mission for phase 4. could this have anything to do with it?

The message has nothing to do with it. I and several others got the same.
