Today I noticed that after completing certain NPC quests(random or static) I hear music(Example = A spacer next to the fountain near the Theed Starport). Others I do not. I repeated quests for the random NPC and I continue to get the music and on other ones I do not.

I believe you have to search out these certain NPC's and complete a certain amount of quests for them.

Or I could be off my rocker.

Please respond.

I also had this happen a few times to me. But I found no pattern for it yet.

next time your hunting in a cave say against nightsisters, while you are attacking them type /open.

you'll see some pretty nasty little weapons. saw a 3k+ stun baton off an elder
