Thread: Question: Whats the best way to slice the Knuckles of the Katarn

Speed? Damage? Or half and half? Does master TKA/Swords come close to speed cap? and is damage much of a factor when using an unarmed weapon (does your unarmed damage skill override, replace, or compliment the weapons damage)? I'd greatly appreciate it if somone could educate me on this. Thanks

well a full level 4 speed slice will put the dps around 612ish. my modded speed was i think 1.08. with a power up the damage increased to the 800s and the speed went to 1.12. dont ask me how the speed got higher idk. with a level 1 speed, level 3 speed, and a level 1 critical, ur moddedspeed is around 1.25 with ur damage in the 800s. the dps is around 585-595 if im not mistaken. so IMO, get a level 4 speed slice, throw an ADK on it, and keep using the best powerups u can find.

If you're using Inertial Fluctuator melee power-ups, they increase damage and decrease speed proportionate to each other. All power-ups are now +something, -something. May not look like it on the Inertial Fluctuators, but +speed = slower.

So would everyone agree a full speed slice would be the way to go?

if you get dam. slice you could put -speed -accuracy powerups on it
