Hello, my graphics run perfectly out in the wilderness but its still laggy in NPC cities, so I have to turn the graphics down. Are there macro commands to do this? So I click the macro and my graphics are changed? It'd help so I can instantly switch between cities and wilderness.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

I really like this idea! It would be so nice to simply type a /macro command to instantly readjust your sound and video settings... You could have a setting for PvP, another for exploring, another for just romping through a city, and one for socializing.
VERY cool idea!!!

I'll see what I can do to "enlighten" the devs to the idea.

There is a command that I found out about on the forums a while back. I'm not entirely sure what the command does, but I think it might have something to do with flushing some of the graphics buffers... and it does help reduce lag sometimes (for me anyways). The command is "/flushGraphicsResources fullreset" but my macro is "/flushg fullreset" just for shorthand. Sometimes it is helpful for me. Hope this helps someone out, hehe.

I'm glad I could be a source of inspiration... I just assumed there was because you can make a macro for literally everything else in the game.

"/flushGraphicsResources fullreset"
this is my understanding of this command. Basically if you load into Cnet and run around maybe listen to some entertainers or have a friendly duel or two than decide to go to Bestine when you shuttle into bestine Cnet is still loaded into your graphics memory (or somewhere not 100% sure where its saved but its somewhere) so while your in Bestine you still have all of Cnet's buildings and other crap loaded into graphics memory. when you use this command youll get a 1-2 second "freeze up" (at least i do) and than Cnet will no longer be loaded into memory and youll have more room for Bestine. However if you go back to Cnet youll have to reload it into memory again. i personally made a macro and hotkeyed it to numpad 8 and whenever i started ot drop FPS i hit it and usually do better graphics wise.
