I made it to the bottom of the Shadow Weave Caverns on Kashyyk in the Dead Forest. There is a non-attackable NPC named Risyl at the bottom that you can converse with. The message I get when i try to converse with him is that he smirks and me and looks busy.
Does Risyl give missons? How do I get him to talk to me?

He's for one of the outcast missions, if you kill the champion in the arena
