Some people have reported falling themselves through the canope and killing Lobarror at the bottom! Otherwise, he is located on the third level, at waypoint 237, -519 (approx.).
After hours of fooling around, waiting for a spawn, etc., I decided to submit a ticket. I received a canned response saying the CSRs could assist players with ROTW missions. I can't crack on SOE quite yet, as they have helped me well in the past. But their record is now 3-1. But at least they responded, right?
Yeah, I've been searching for him for an hour now myself, and normally I can find stuff. I have a /target Lobarror macro going popping once a minute, and nothing so far on levels 1-4 of the Rryatt trail (someone earlier asked "which trail?" ...wrong question, each of the 6 instances of the trail is exactly the same). Some people have said he's at 245, -515, another at 143, 176, -527.
For allakhzam.com's excellent guides, usually, http://swg.allakhazam.com/db/bestiary.html?swgbeast=3986is specific to Lobarror. However, I haven't found him yet at any of those sites, although I've only checked one instance... perhaps in that instance he'd fallen through. I haven't fallen thru the trail floor anywhere except on the web weaver level.
So if anyone else finds him anyplace else, ... please let me know 
or any advice on how to fall thru the canopy level yourself, /tell ahazi.tark

)I actually fell THRU the canopy myself....
What a strange 'other world' experience that was.. All the 'missing' NPCs from all over the universe must end up there. But alas he must have a good hiding place there also..

Real interesting side-note. If you dont want the champions sword for the kerritamba, decide to kill the wookie in the champion's arena. When you kill him, loot him and you get a Kashyyyk Bladestick.
I've done the quest 4 times on different toons, never looted a bladestick. one of my friends did get one though, I'd say it's a random loot you have a chance of getting from him

It's the reward for the quest not a random loot drop
