Ok, I tried finding a monk to talk to but none of them will talk. I tried dragging and dropping but that is not working either.
Anyone able to help me out on this?

I assume you are talking about the quest for the Scythe. The guy you talk to will give you a waypoint you need to go to. The B'omarr Monk is there waiting for you, in the desert.

lol, Oh crap, ummm does anyone know where this guy is I talk to.... I got this scroll like a year ago and didn't know what to do with it then...

not posative, but i think thats him, do a /target hedon near that waypoint

Lost my bookmark to this thread, sorry, lol. Well, it's been a few weeks, but if you still need to know, I believe he is in Entha. Just do a forum search for the Scythe Schematic quest, you'll find his name and location.
