Ok I created a file in my SWG flies called user.cfg with this info
[SwgClient]
allowMultipleInstances=true (I have also tried changing the true - 2 Neither work for me)
allowMultipleInstances=true (I have also tried changing the true - 2 Neither work for me)
I then checked my Client file (client.cfg) to make sure it had this info.
.include "login.cfg"
.include "test.cfg"
.include "preload.cfg"
.include "options.cfg"
.include "user.cfg"
.include "test.cfg"
.include "preload.cfg"
.include "options.cfg"
.include "user.cfg"
I also ended the File SwgClientSetup_r
I have also not only restarted SWG, but I have also restarted my PC after each time I changed something. I still get the SWG client blah blah is already running.
Anything else I can do besides, punch my screen and throw my pc through a window?

Check that you havent saved the user.cfg file as user.cfg.txt by accident.
When you save as from notepad, chose all file types rather than .txt files.

oh, and after thinkin about this a bit i remembered another piece you didn't post that you need
you need to check windowed mode and borderless ingame options on the launchpad
you can either check this just before starting the 2nd one so you only have to deal withwindowed mode on 1 of the instances or just leave it checked and have both of them in windowed mode

Check that you havent saved the user.cfg file as user.cfg.txt by accident. Tried That, the files are named and saved properly
When you save as from notepad, chose all file types rather than .txt files.
Changed the end of =true - =TRUE
Set second instance in Windowed and Borderless, Still nothing.
Shutdown the one exe file that ended in _r Still nothing.
So anything else?
The only thing I think I may have differnt is this, I have 5 Hard Drives on my PC, I do not run game from the main (c) I store everything onto other hard drives, so the game is installed as the third hard drive on my system.
Anything?

You might change the TRUE to a number 2
I put both in my .cfg file and I have no problems gettingboth to run.

In total I havve 440 Gigs across the HD's. But yeah I do not have any main programs on my C drive, there is a total of 3 gigs on that drive.
Anyway I deleted the original user.cfg that I created, then I found out I had more then one copy of SWG no less it was on 3 differnt drives, I see that at one point or another they all were used. So I deleted two copies, set the user.cfg didnt shut down the _r file. Set Windowed mode, and BAM it worked.
So I am thinking I just set the file in the wrong drive.
Thanks for your help all.
