I saw a deed for sale of a "Deed for: Small Tatooine House (Style 2)" under Item Type; Building Deed
Is this all I need to buy to make my self at home on Tatooine? It says that I can use it on tatooine, lok or Dantooine.
Also it say that it cost 16/hour for maintenance. That comes out to 384 creds per day. I just want to know, can I buy it and set up home stead near Mos Eisley?

Yup. It's just a little house though but it's nice as a first one.
Theres a no-build zone near Eisley but you head out of town a bit & soon you will be able to find somewhere to place it. It will take up 2 of the 10 lots your character has & will give you 150 Item storage. But I found with the first house it's more about having a nice comfy place of you're own then anything else.
If you feel you no longer want it there you can redeed it (for a cost) & move it later on as well.

Maybe it's just me but I've never been fond of the idea of been given a free house. Even though I admit myself I was, it felt better knowing I had realy earnt it.
Maybe it's just me though & I'm weird...

FarStar is starved of housesfor the much poorerI see, I went to a shop near the zone of Mos Eisley yesterday (One of the many buildings crowded together in what I call the Mos Eis Village) and saw quite a few Generic and Small Tatooine houses for sale for 6k. I bought one, and returned later for a Guild member.
They were all gone, all 7 of the remaining deeds had been snapped up in less than two hours.
