Thread: Careful deleting characters upon transfering structures to others

I lost 6 factories two days ago:

After talkingto a CSR to find out what had happened am posting this as a warning to others not to make the same mistake):


I have three accounts 1 Crafter, 1 slicer, 1 combat prof.

I wanted to delete the slicer and combat prof, prior deletion I transfered all structures to my crafter. Made sure all structures were transfered right (checked the owner stats), waited a half an hour, then deleted two chars.


Here comes the fault:

after you transfer the structure you have to wait exactly 60 minutes or longer before you delete the character. The owner status of the deed isnt a reliable information, even if the status windowcontains the new owner right after transfer it actually gets transfered after an hour.

How should I´ve known that lol, I did a search prior the deletion.
